3000 National eccentric shaft clutch end broken off.	Cutoff in middle of main bearing journal.  Prepare for welding of new forged end piece.	Machine new end to print.

FRAMES: Weld repair and machine.  Fabricate new.
CROWNS: Weld repair, add reinforcement plates, replace bushings, line bore journals.
BEDS: Weld repair, machine top and bottom square and true.  Replace bed cushion wear plates and machine.
COLUMNS: Weld repair cracks.  Machine tops and bottoms square and true.
COLUMNS: Weld repair and machine or make new.

Braze a new steel pocket wall in Ceco columns.  Machine to match.

Weld and machine steel Erie columns.

BASES: Weld repair and machine, or make new.
STEAM CHESTS: Weld repair and machine.
UPSETTER, COLD HEADER AND NUT FORMER FRAMES: Weld, stress relieve and machine in our plant or in place.

10" National upsetter frame was cracked and stitched.  The stitching did not hold up.

The customer put additional patches over the stitching which did not hold.

Campbell, Inc. cut out the walls and welded in new wall sections.  We stress relieved it and portable machined the mains.

AIR COUNTER BALANCES: Repair, rebuild or make new.
GEARS: Weld repair, re-generate teeth, re-rim or make new from castings or fabrication.

Fabricating and machining a new gear.

Installing new bushings and machine to size.  Pre fit and assemble straps and eccentric gears.

Replacing bushings and in strap.

TIE RODS: Lengthen and make risers for under columns to increase shut height.  Make new.  Provide new nuts or new hydraulic nuts.
CAMS: Weld repair and machine, or make new.
CONTROLS: install new controlls from Allen Nradley, Link, Data Instruments, Schneider Electric/Square D or others.

LUBRICATION: Repair existing system, flush out, provide new systems, run new lines and blocks.  Provide lube lault monitoring.
TONNAGE MONITORS: Install new tonnage monitoring systems.
ISOLATION MOUNTS: Install new isolation mounting systems.
PNEUMATIC: Install new pneumatic piping and components.
SAFETY: Install new light curtains and other safety equipment.
